As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, The King’s Daughters Day School (KDDS) relies heavily on the generosity of individuals, corporations, and foundations to support our mission.
Since 1906, when our non-profit agency was first established, we have worked to ensure that children from low income, working families are given the same opportunities as others. Enduring a legendary 114-years of continued operations in the heart of the Queen City known as Plainfield, KDDS still remains a generational resource to many of its families. We provide developmentally appropriate educational programs in a nurturing environment in order to build a foundation for becoming responsible, productive members of society.

Dear Friends of KDDS,
This year, King's Daughters Day School (KDDS) recognized our 117th year serving the Plainfield community. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the donations and support received over the last year. As a result of the generosity of our donors and community partners, we were able to continue to provide high quality care and education to over 130 children throughout this school year!
Your continued support and donations help us with subsidizing our tuition assistance program and also assists with the purchase of needed materials for the classrooms including books for our children. As the holiday season approaches, we are excited to celebrate “Giving Tuesday,” a global day of generosity and giving back. We invite you to join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our children and families this “Giving Tuesday.” Your gift on “Giving Tuesday” will ensure that the children and families of KDDS continue to engage in meaningful early childhood experiences that nurture their development.

Your Tax-deductible Contribution Helps Us To:
Subsidize tuition for the children so that they can participate in our high-quality early childhood program.
Maintain our building and onsite playgrounds.
Purchase materials and supplies including books, to continue fostering literacy and encourage a lifelong love of reading.
Plan age appropriate trips for the children to enrich and expand the curriculum while immersing children into hands-on activities that stimulate their desire to learn about the community around them.
Support our ongoing effort to ensure that all families have meals throughout the year including the holiday season.
Memorial or Tribute Gifts- Many employers match the gifts their employees make to The King's Daughters Day School. Please check with your employer to see if the company has a charitable contribution matching gifts program. If so, your gift may be doubled simply by completing a matching gift form available from your employer and sending the form to our main office with your donation. Matching gifts will be credited to the individual’s personal gift record.
